Energy Workshop Weiz (EWW),Association for the promotion of renewable energy, Weiz Presentation of a block-type thermal power station, fitted with a synchronous motor, running in an isolated network. During the presentation a maypole is felled with an electric chainsaw and then chopped into firewood with an electric wood splitter. The aim here is to demonstrate the energy sequence. At the same time, the vegetable fuel driven diesel motor is cooled by a system with a 1000 l water tank. The tank is fitted with a thermometer in order to show clearly the increase in temperature.
